As the Church, we are called to follow Jesus and continue His work of spreading the gospel to the ends of the earth (Matthew 28:18–20; Acts 1:8). For this to happen, the Church needs healthy leaders who model the way of Jesus and equip others to make disciples. It has been said, “As the leaders go, so goes the church.” We believe this is true. When leaders are healthy and vibrant, the Church becomes healthy and vibrant.
The Church is not a building or a business. The Church is a people (1 Peter 2:9–10). A family (Ephesians 2:19). And like any family, leadership is needed for the health and wellbeing of everyone in it. In Scripture, God establishes two primary offices of leadership, elders (also called overseers) and deacons, who serve and lead the members, the saints, in the mission of God (Philippians 1:1).
At Trinity, we love our leaders and we love seeing new elders, deacons, and members added to the family, raised up, and developed. Our desire is to form and empower leaders who embody the way of Jesus for the good of the Church and the world.

Additional Leaders and Deacons
In addition to those pictured above, many faithful leaders support the health and wellbeing of our church family. Trinity cannot carry out its ministry without them, and we are grateful for every person who serves. Our Board of Directors, who serve in the office of deacon and provide financial accountability for our church, includes Brandy Langfitt, Denise Miller, Rick Grimes, and Jim Thomas. Our other deacons, who serve through group leadership, teaching, and service team leadership, include Fraser and Holly Ratzlaff, Paula Thomas, Stephen Dziadosz, Barb Giles, Jessica Rauschenberg, Tim and Carol Winston, Sandee Escene, Jan Oehschlaeger, Christine Lee, and Shauna Applin.
