Leader Equip Resources

The Trinity Leader Pathway is where healthy leaders are equipped, developed, shepherded and multiplied. It is built upon the following structure:

Elders → Huddle Coaches → Ministry Leaders (Deacons) → Apprentices

Through this pathway, we have a dream of seeing the Leaders of Trinity healthy and well-cared for, Members of Trinity healthy and well-cared for, and through us, God blessing West Seattle and beyond. This is God’s kingdom come and his will being done on earth as it is in heaven!

This webpage is designed to be your one-stop-shop for resources and information regarding leadership development at Trinity. If there is something you’re looking for and unable to find, please message the staff and/or your huddle coach(es).

If you need to refresh your memory on one of our 4 foundational subjects (Gospel Culture, Character, Relational Discipleship, and Team Development), or are an apprentice being exposed to the teaching for the first time, please begin by watching the foundational videos linked in each of the 4 sections at the bottom of this page.
